Details of every support call are logged on our in-house support system and will be seen through to completion, providing regular progress updates wherever necessary. However, as our applications are now so well-established it is very rare to find a “bug” in them; but if this happens then we endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, normally within 24 business hours.
Where necessary, we can also remotely connect to a client’s server/PC to help resolve set-up issues or perform updates or installations.
