First formed in 1982, Eureka! Software has decades of experience in developing software solutions for both Private and Public Sectors, from small companies to Local Governments. Throughout those years our head office has been located in the Midlands area of the UK, most of that time in Coventry where we are currently based. We also have a satellite office in Brisbane, Australia.
Our software applications have evolved over time by working with customers and responding to their requirements. We have built a reputation for designing high quality software whilst providing a prompt and efficient customer support service. Collectively, our staff possess decades of experience in advising organisations on time-related, financial, managerial and technical solutions.

Details of every support call are logged on our in-house support system and will be seen through to completion, providing regular progress updates wherever necessary. However, as our applications are now so well-established it is very rare to find a “bug” in them; but if this happens then we endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, normally within 24 business hours.
We have worked with more than 750 clients over a 30+ year time-span of developing software solutions. Our applications cater for most organisations; therefore our client base is varied and consists of organisations from both Private and Public Sectors, from small companies to Local Government.
