Eureka! Software was first formed in 1982 when software development was in it’s infancy. Initially specialising in small custom applications for local companies, a time recording and fees ledger system was then developed for our neighbours, an accountancy firm.

As our application was so well received, word soon spread and gradually accountancy practices from all around the country chose Eureka! as their time recording and billing software. Over the years, the application was expanded to accommodate many other commercial organisations, eventually being further adapted to include a format suitable for Local Government.

As time went on, additional applications were added to our portfolio: accounts preparation and production which enables accountants to produce financial statements and also a flexitime system which allows staff to record and manage their flexitime.

Since 1982 we have been privileged to work with more than 750 clients. We’ve learnt that well-built software should focus on the user. Consequently, we have partnered with our clients to build software that they require; solutions which fit in with their work practices and provide them with the results that they need.


Throughout all our years we have been situated in the Midlands area of the UK.

Our head office is located in Coventry and we also have a small satellite office in Brisbane, Australia.
